First time at Hopscotch for 3 yearsImpressed with the set up, nice to see an outdoor bar which looks goodFirst thought of the food i though maybe a little expensive but ordered for 3 people.Was impressed with the food so nice, good size portions will definitely be going back.

Place looks nice and great gardens, but unfortunately the scones were overlooked and burnt on the bottom, jam and cream was still not enough to save them from how dry they were. A mouthful of tea was needed with every bite.... And then there is the tea... T2 English breakfast.... First cup was ok, very strongly made tea... Not enough milk for two people... Second cup undrinkable... So bitter... Too strong... Look inside the tea pot to see about 2 inches of tea leaves sitting in the strainer... Way too much for a pot of tea! Even with the extra hot water.Won't be returning

We've been here plenty of times, all meals have been delicious, and servings are fairly generous. Local craft beers and ciders on tap, set in a beautiful location with an awesome playground for the kids. Top spot.

Today five of my friends and I had lunch at Hopscotch.To start with they were very slow to take our orders and didn't know what the specials were.One us didn't get a meal until the rest had finished eating and only because we brought it to their attention, as they had forgotten. To their credit they gave her a voucher to return (not that we probably would)The rest of out meals were average at best with my grilled chicken burger being badly over cooked and inedible.Perhaps they were just having a bad day, but we won't be going back.

Excellent service by friendly, smiling staff. Followed by awesome food.We had the pancakes for the kids, Spanish fritata and scrambled eggs on sourdough. All presented well and tasted awesome.Long Mac topped up was so good, I had another.The waitresses gave our 2 year old colouring books and crayons without asking, which was really appreciated.The playground and walk through the gardens afterwards was very relaxing and fun for the kids.

Great food and friendly helpful staff. Amazing surroundings up in the Perth hills. Great for a day trip stop or any time you feel like getting out for a good meal in natural ambiance.

Amazing to say the least, it is the most beautiful scenery you cpuld ask for whilst enjoying amazing food. Great place for kids and i was impressed with their kids section that had little games, colouring in books plus. It kept my 3 yr old entained which was a relief as kids dont like to just sit and wait foe meals. The local bandicoot popped in for a visit lol you won't be disappointed and is something you shpuld have on your bucket list for places to go.

HopsScotch has everything you have come to expect when travelling to the hills for breakfast, lunch or tea.First and foremost the food is sensational. The chef there uses in season produce to serve food that is tasty, but also very fresh. Fantastic flavours and hearty meals with a great value for money will keep me coming back time and time again.Also on many occasions I find myself stopping in for a coffee, beer or quick snack while I enjoy this fantastic venue. An excellent selection of beers on tap and locally sourced wines from vineyards nearby, means there is something for both myself and my wife to enjoy.With many spots to sit peacefully, this really is a Thrill of the Hills"."

Lunch at HopsScotch today. Very tasty. Can see that gardens will be beautiful next month. Hope to return with the family. There is an adventure playground for the kids.
