Went to Shui last weekend to celebrate my partners birthday and it was a great experience. We were seated at the private dining area and due to the number of people in the group we had the set menu.The restaurant is beautiful and really sets the atmosphere that you're going to be in for an awesome evening as soon as you walk through the door. The set menu food options were also great. Great variation and good portion sizes so there was more than enough for everyone.The service was also very good. Despite being a packed night the staff were able to keep on top of everything including the birthday cake! Special mention to Marissa for going the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience, it was appreciated. Thanks Marissa!Will be back again soon!

New place on Rokeby Road, kind of SE Asian fusion cuisine. Food is pretty good and the plating is quite nice. Good atmosphere but can be a bit noisy when it gets busy, prefer to sit towards the door or outside to avoid having to shout during conversation. Worth a visit for the food, cocktail and good company.

5 stars. This place is out of this world in flavours. I could go on and on about this place, highly recommend it. Get yourself down there! It wasn't overpriced and portion sizes were decent, amazing cocktails and beautiful decor. Great for a date night! Will be back.

All dishes were presented nicely and tasted delicious. It’s hard to pick a favourite as we really enjoyed them all. They didn’t come out all at once and we waited a bit between the first dish and second/third. The service is friendly. The venue is really nice and the menu is interesting with plenty of plates to to choose from.

Fantastic Asian fusion in a great location well designed menu and exacting style and atmosphere. The ambiance with the lighting a decor is superb, the Service from staff was attentive and friendly. The food was well seasoned with balanced flavours. Nice to see good Asian food executed very well. Thank youI’d highly recommend

I recently dined at Shui and was blown away by the incredible fusion Asian cuisine. The flavors were bold and unique, and every dish was expertly executed. The ambience was also top-notch, with dim lighting and a chic, modern design that added to the overall dining experience.The drinks were equally impressive. The cocktail menu was creative and well-crafted, featuring unique twists on classic Asian drinks. The wine list was also well-curated and had a great selection of options to pair with the food.But the real standout for me were the desserts. The pastry chef has a real talent for combining traditional Asian flavors with contemporary techniques to create truly memorable desserts.Overall, Shui is a fantastic dining destination for anyone looking for an upscale Asian fusion experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back! Best Asian Fusion restaurant in Perth!

Absolutely fantastic food! My one criticism is the snapper is $40 and is supposed to be a larger meal item. Most people would assume for that price you would get a whole snapper but it's just one fillet to share with 3 people. You may need to look at improving the size of this dish as it paled in comparison to the generous portion of the chicken and other dishes. Will definitely be back though, everything tasted great and lots of gf options.

I had my birthday dinner here and overall, had a positive experience. However, there were a couple of areas for improvement that prevented me from giving it a full five-star rating. Firstly, the waiting time was longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating, granted it was a busy Sunday night. Additionally, some of the food came out at room temperature when we were expecting it to be served warm.Despite these issues, I have to say that our wonderful hostess Leslie really made the night for us. Her professionalism and attentive service were truly exceptional, and we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. Leslie deserves our highest praise for the way she tackled the matter at hand and made sure that we had a great experience despite the minor hiccups.Overall, I would recommend Shui to others, especially for the excellent service provided. While there were some areas that could be improved upon, the quality of the food and the overall ambiance of the restaurant were great.The food we had were:1. Cured Kingfish Spring Rolls 5/5 (Highly recommend)2. MS5 Wagyu Beef Rump 4/53. Jasmine Rice 4/54. Steamed Kai Laan 3.8/55. Wood Roasted Pork Belly 4/5

We had the $75 Banquet for 2 and it was some of the best food I have had in Perth. It was filling and the value for money was incredible. I'm not usually a fan of spicy food but even the spicy stuff was amazing! The photos I took don't do it justice. The noodle mains was unreal! We had the think pink cocktail and they were delicious as well.
